Almond Butter

I don't tolerate almond butter very well.  Somtimes I can get away with eating a little of it or a few almonds when I am doing well, but mostly almonds still bother me.

almonds

I've tried almonds and do okay with a small amount. I think I'm going to try and make my own almond milk and see how that goes (I don't really tolerate the almond breeze). Haven't tried almond butter yet but plan on it soon.

Yes

Yes, I tried almonds first (at the end of List 3), did fine with them, so then tried almond butter and fine with that.  I recommend Mara Natha almond butter at Whole Foods.  Good brand, organic, only ingredient is almonds.

Almond butter on rice cakes

Almond butter on rice cakes is great, add a little sliced cucumber on top, or eat it with celery.
