Egg Salad

Forums:

Maybe you all are already doing this but I've started making "Egg Salad" for myself and it is soo good and filling and just making my overall life better.  So, I thought I would share:

1. Chop up 2-3 hard boiled eggs

2. Chop up a small avocado

3. Mash that together with probably about a 1/3 cup a greek yogurt

4. Dash with Sea Salt.

Nothing fancy but I had burnt myself out on hardboiled eggs for breakfast - this is helping!  Especially filling when trying to avoid the microwave at work!

Vent

Forums:

I just need to vent - I'm sure many of you can relate to similar situations.  I am from a small town in Indiana - we are a close-knit community.  I have a friend who has organized a fundraiser to help with the costs of treatment...I am very grateful!  Since we are doing a fundraiser, I had to tell my story, and we made a flyer.  Since putting my IC information out there, I've gotten a lot of messages regarding this.  There have been other people I know reach out to tell me that they also have IC - they then continue to tell me what they do to treat theirs and that this is what I need to do.

Cashews

Forums:

Does anyone know where to buy Health Living Cashews?  I can't find them and I think it is the brand that Matia said to buy.  I'm paranoid to buy any almonds now after reading what Matia posted about the pasturizing process.

Found a good deodorant!

Forums:

I have had the hardest time finding a deoderant that didn't make me flare, but I finally did and wanted to share! It's Dr. Clark Zinc Deoderant, and the only ingredients are zinc and water. It works fairly well, not perfect, but so much better than nothing at all. I was changing my shirts four times a day even in the winter, but the last couple of days using this deoderant, I haven't had to change my shirt. As the weather gets warmer, I will probably need to reapply it in the afternoon/evening, but I can totally deal with that. I got the all clear on this deoderant from Dr.
