I was just at a health food store and the owner talked me into trying pynogenol because he said it was an inflammatory supplement that helped you heal from inflammation from surgery with no side effects. Said It would help with my varicose  veins also.   Has anyone else tried this?

Also said this product made in sweden that helped with overactive bladders that was really great for his customers. Had anyone heard of this?  

Im just looking for something for relief until I can get to dr brizman. I think I will go out of my mind. Haven't gone off diet since last Friday. And only for 4 sips of coffee (with cream!).
