is light headedness a die off symptom? i used to get this bad and since i have started the diet and herbs it went away. the last 2 days it has reared it's ugly head. i also get ortho static hypotension when i am light headed. i have an appointment tuesday morning.

When you say you are on your cycle, does that mean, you are on your period? If so eat LOTS of red meat on your period, 2 times a day would be a good idea. Dr. Brizman says it is very important because we loose a lot during our period, (of course, Iron, being one the critical thigns we lose!!)
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
