Hi everyone, do you know if can order any IC safe food at In&out Burger, Subway or Habit burger? My coworkers want to take me out, and I didn't want to decline and appear antisocial. Any advice appreciated!

Generally fast food burgers
Generally fast food burgers are just beef so you could probably get a plain burger with lettuce. If they have a baked potato that would work
Several times per year we get
Several times per year we get an In and Out burger. I don't like their fries tho so I bring rice cakes and veggies. Just get it protien style, and you can get a double, wit double grilled onions and tomatoes, no cheese, no sauce. Repeat yourself several times. They always get it right.
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
I recall reading somewhere
I recall reading somewhere that some people eat in and out burger with no issue. I have not tried it but it might be possible.
AS I said, it is possible. I
AS I said, it is possible. I do it 4 times a year with no problems, as long as they get your order right. I eat hambergers out all the time, all over my town, with no issues.

I would totally stay away
I would totally stay away from Subway with its cured meats. Also, can't they take you to a steakhouse for lunch? Lunch is not too pricey? Why does it have to be fast food?

In&out is totally awesome. I
In&out is totally awesome. I have no reaction to the fries, and they are the BOMB! Totally go there if you can. I always get a double meat with double grilled onions, tomatoe only, and protein style. Always tell them you have a wheat alergy and they do great. I feel like they are the safest place to eat since they have very little options on their menu, and therefore less opportunity for cross contamination. I never have a problem there! Enjoy!
That's sounds great! i wish
That's sounds great! i wish we had that chain on the east Coast!
I LIVED off of In n Out since
I LIVED off of In n Out since List one, well not really, just had it often ! I use to get two patties Protein style. Just lettuce and meat. Does not sound yummy but it was awesome I could eat something I did not have to prepare myself. It did not cause issues. I've done a 4x4 a couple times when I' was extremely hungry! With tomatoes and extra grilled onions, even the cheese. No issues. I've grown tired of it though so haven't had it in several months. But I am for ever grateful to In n Out. LOL
I've had Subway salads too. Too expensive for the salad if you ask me.
Thank you all so much for
Thank you all so much for your feedback, and sincerely apologize that I didn't respond sooner. I recently started a new job and I have been so busy getting used to. I was very nervous about the change but it's been good so far. I heard about In&Out being a good option with people with allergies. It's also been ok to eat burgers and fries (a rare commodity) at 'Islands' once in a while. I recently discovered another lunch option California Chicken Cafe. They have few locations in the valley, and you can order their 411 Build it Yourself Salad. I usually get lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers and haas avacado (protein) with white pita bread (matia said ok, I am currently list 4) No dressing or seasoning. I've tried it a few times and it's been fine.
