Hi, I just had an eye test (last one was 2 years ago), and it was found that my eye sight has improved, in both eyes, as the optician put it: substantially. From -2.5 to now -1.5.
I did some research. Pregnancy can alter vision, but my baby is almost 6 months old...

any thoughts, would you think being in treatment for 2 years and eating super healthy has contributed to this improvement?

Dr. Brizman told me her eye doctor is very impressed, as her prescription has not changed in MANY YEARS!! I have never had a prescription but my depth perception (particularly at a distance) has improved. And per Katy Bowman (an aligment specialist, and biomechanst) as far as reading goes, use it or loose it. I refuse to cave in to reading glasses because it is a slippery slope. :)
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
