egg brands

what kind of egg brands do you all eat? I am having a hard time finding on that is not omgega fed but soy fed too. I didn't even see that my eggs are fed with soy. UG

Organic Valley, sold at Whole Foods, red carton.  Veggie fed, free range and no omegas.

I looked at the package today. I didn't see any claims that they are soy or omega free. I was told by my the local egg man that any chickens that are free range would be higher in omega. Tammy

Thanks Lisa I think that is the only one i can find that doesn't have soy on the lable either. I can't belive i didn't even realize this before. I wonder if this is one of my major triggers.

i just eat egg whites, but i use crystal farms all whites in the green carton. no hormones, no additives. 100% egg whites. but don't know anything about what the hens are fed. probably doesn't really help you, but figured i would throw it out there.
