i use black soap for my body and shampoo i get the liquid shampoo and the  bar for my body. I get mine from my local farmers market but if you can't find it locally you should be able to find this online. What I like about it is that there are no chems used. not even lye they use ash to ph this soap. It doesn't burn my urethra or bother my vulvodnia.

Also I get unsented conditoner base from Africa imports I found my burning went down a lot when i did this switch.

they also carry the black soap. The only problem i had about the black soap in washing was it didn't really get the dead skin off of me so I do a salt scrub with it just with regular sea salt on my back legs and arms.
My hair is a lot healthier since using these products.
