I saw this on the news. Really scary. I use the Neilmed packets with the little bottle to do nasal rinses twice a day as I have had alot of sinus problems for the last few years. I used to use distilled water but now just use tap water. I haven't changed from tap water yet. I just feel like I already have so many restrictions, now even my sinus rinse water??Damn!!

selichan, thanks for sharing.  early this yr, i'd used neti pots once and considered using it whenever i have major mucous issues...now i don't think i want to use it.  in fact when i used it, i did use the tap water.  i'll make sure i don't use tap water if i have to use it. thanks for sharing because i sure don't need additional health issues with my ic.  ic in itself is all-in-one pain.
