Dear all,
I am coming up to two month of treatment an am wondering when you all started to feel the bladder subside? That is my main symptom and, understandably, I can't WAIT for it to become more manageable. My main symptoms are feelings of pressure and fullness in the bladder - all the time. There is never any time when I don't feel it. I also feel 'pinching'/throbbing in specific parts of the bladder - corresponding, I think to the damage on the lining, I think (glomerulations/scarring?). I am really annoyed because it used to be manageable (I used to feel it in just my base of bladder - irritating but copable with) but now it has cranked up to feeling the WHOLE bladder - horrible.
hi vin43, end of this month
hi vin43,
end of this month will mark my 4th month into treatment. my bladder pain is not really on my bladder, but mainly in the pelvic area. i have sharp burning pain in my urethra, but it has gone down last month. during cycle, my pain level was usually 6-7 and now it's around 3, yay!! i do see changes, but like you, i can't wait for the pain to be more manageable.
My progress has been very
My progress has been very unpredictable. Starting herbs and pros increased my symptoms and I got worse initially so it is hard to say. i am experiencing longer good spans now and other than a few intense days- my flares are generally better. Again- We are all so darn different! But I am definitely on the upswing.

I'm so glad to hear that Deir!!
That's wonderful to hear, Deir!
Keep on going. You'll get there. Did DR. B. tell you that you'd feel better at this point? Does she hve a reason for why you got worse initially?
Thanks ladies- of course
Thanks ladies- of course right after I typed that I started feeling worse! LOL But still over all- better!
Vin- For me- the diet calmed down the inflammation and then the herbs and pros basically "opened a can of worms" It was a can that needed opening though!
