Is anyone on Bulgaricum?

Hi,

 

Just wondering is anyone on here taking Bulgaricum yet? I am already taking both Superdophilus, and Bifido, and I know Bulgaricum is step 3... I am about 9 months into treatment now and doing pretty good. So just trying to see if others out there are on this yet.

I thought Digesta Lac was step 3 in Natrens pro-biotics?

Yes I think they call it that too... Just the actual bottle they sell says Bulgaricum. Maybe Patients call it Digesta Lac.... I was just wondering if anyone has gotten to that step.

Hello, just read the bottle - Digesta lac does contain Bulgaricum - and yes I am taking it.  If you search Digesta Lac you will come across a couple of entries.  I had a rough start with it as it sent my anxiety levels up.  At the moment I am hanging in there with one capsule of it three times a day when I take Bifida and Mega.

Thanks Denise! I will search for Digesta lac on here. Oh boy, thanks for the warning. I already have issues with anxiety as it is. But, I have doing very well with almost everything the last 2 months... so I was thinking of asking Dr. B at my next appointment when, or if ever she would put me on that. I am just so impatient I guess. I would really like to get better already. I feel like once I get used to the step 3 probiotic the sooner I will get better. I just really want to be better already.
