black tea & coffee

i was wondering what type of black tea u all drink...matia said i can TRY it...lol
caffein free or regular and what brand??
i searched for it and didnt see any specific kind...
and what typ of coffee??...is there a specific low acid brand we can drink?...or regular or decaf??

I think you have to check that the only ingredients are black tea and nothing else.  I'm sure its better if you find organic black tea but you might want to just try any regular black tea and see how you feel.  I've only tried it once or twice and it definately affected my bladder, but black coffee is ok.  Good luck!!

i tried lookin for organic and they had orange in it...i found americas choice all natural black tea...fingers crossed i am ok soo far...what kind of coffee do u drink??
