Hi Ladies,
I have recognized this pattern that as the bladder pain clears up, there are other "non-bladder" aches, pains, burnings, crisis etc that tend to occur for awhile....then hopefully abate. That brings me to my question.... my bladder has greatly calmed down but I now intermittently feel like I have something stuck under my left rib cage. I cannot feel a lump with my hands, but it feels as though my ribs become stuck on something. It lasts for awhile and then subsides. Anyone? Every time I begin experiencing a new Symtpom, I can' t help but laugh a little ( after the moment of sheer panic) and think "what the hell is happening now?". I swear I could not make half of this stuff up;)
so glad you posted this. I
so glad you posted this. I haven't had that pain yet but some REALLY strange stuff going on with my body. I hate to say anything about it because it seems my are so different from everyone else's and that scares me :(
Katie LOL I have that EXACT
Katie LOL I have that EXACT symptom as my bladder is improving. Exact. Drives me nuts. Worse when I am driving. Thing is, I have had this for years and it was very noticeable during my pregnancies. It has gotten recently worse. I know it is the bladder meridian and also associated with certain conditions in Chinese Medicine. Going to ask Dr. B but you can google this symptom. Also has something to do with lymp. sorry can't be more specific but I have exactly that.
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
Patty- You should never feel
Patty- You should never feel as though you might scare someone with your symptoms. Post away- that is what this forum is for!
Mimi- Oh Great! We can be " strange" together.... Lol! I emailed Dr M and she said she is sure it is 100% sure it is energetic. Then I took a walk and it shifted. I cannot feel it at all now! I would like to make a request to the Universe or energy that is healing me- no new die off symptoms please.... Enough!
for a good solid month I
for a good solid month I could barely walk from the pain that was under my rib - can't remember which side. Thank goodness it wasn't during one of my OCD phases. For some reason I never even bohered to go and make sure it wasn't some sort of horrible thing.
Hey There Denise, Ironic that
Hey There Denise, Ironic that you should mention OCD this morning because this morning I woke up with a strong dose of anxiety. Thank goodness I am at work with my students today. They make me laugh and as the day goes on, I always feel my anxiety lessen. I have come to a full understanding of why I developed IC and am at peace with it- especially since the pain has largely gone away. However, the heart stuff - is tougher for me to accept. I hope you are well- I wish it daily, my friend;)

Awhile back you asked me what sort of therapy I was doing. It's called Internal Family Therapy if you want to google it. For me, it's been really intense and absolutely not easy. However, it continues to give me such hope. Bit by bit I'm finding what most call Self. I'm also learning to listen to all the other pieces of my persoality that are often too overwhelming to be healthy. Surprisingly enough, they lose alot of their power when acknowledged. I know, I sound lke Sybil
