I did ask her about yacon syrup some time ago, and if I remember right it was high in b vitamins so further down the line in eating. I can't remember if that meant list 5, but I remember thinking it was quite awhile away. I was impressed with it, too, and look forward to it.

I have wondered about this syrup too and asked on one of her most recent blogs on agave syrup because looks like a good alternative for those with fructose malabsorption like myself. Good to know Mrs. A that this isn't a no forever and something I can look forward to what seems to be years from now if I can barely make it off list 1!
