non organic vegtables?

So I have been following stage one now for a few a couple months perfectly.  But I am on a climbing trip in el paso texas, and i cant find the vegtables I am allowed organic anywhere.  At home in SLC I just go to whole foods but there is only a little natural foods store down here that does not carry organic yellow squash or zuccinni.  Does anyone have a problem eating normal yellow squash, or zuccinni because something is causing a flare up and I can't pin point it. Any recommendations on what to do?  Should I just stick to broccoli and cauliflower because they are the only veggies that are organic at the little store? Or if i peel them will it fix it.\?

Is OK (of course organic will always be "better" and ecp for certain veggies like broccoli), but Matia says if you do need to eat non organic just peel it if you can. This should get rid of a lot of the "yuckies". Hope this helps. And I hope you figure out what is flaring you; it could be that. And also remember, you could be flaring from so many different things, even the environment or new building you are staying in, (things like that). I flare really bad when I go into certain old buildings. At first I thought I was crazy! Not suggesting it's that, but things like that could be making you flare.

hi Portia
I recall Matia saying Zuccini can be quite reactive in some people , as i was having a problem with it? i would keep it as simple as poss, just the brocolli & cauliflower until you get home... plenty of goodness in brocolli... louise
