Do you know when cottage cheese can be added? Do any of you ladies eat cottage cheese or use it in recipes?

I eat cottage cheese and have no issues with it - I'm on list 3.
I'm pretty sure it's included in list 3 as a 'mild cheese' that obviously isn't aged.. Hope this helps :)

Hi Denise,
Unfortunately it's still around :(
How have you been feeling?

Like I'm on some sort of insane roller coaster ride driven by an anxiety ridden conductor that's bent on sending me over the edge - he has red hair, that sticks straight up - and is on fire. At first I was thinking it was just his hair smoldering - but I'm thinking more like all of him is engulfed in flames. Sorry, my therapist has given me the job of drawing a picture of what my anxiety looks like - I'm practicing verbally. I'm also wondering if I'm moving toward being a bit manic - that would be a new symptom.....
I hope that your anxiety is a bit more under control?
