I have been a pre-diabetic for 20 years. Fighting high triglycerides with diet and exercise. One month into this treatment diet and my triglycerides were well under the normal range.  I had horrible low sugar bouts the first few months so I had to eat every cour of hours but that has all straightened out.  Finally starting to feel better overall. I would never venture into this diet without being under the Brizmans care. Too many issues can arise with this kind of diet especially for a diabetic or one on medications.
