organic chicken (or can boil chicken breast and shread with fork)
1⁄2 c
chopped celery
1⁄2 c
chopped cucumber
drizzle of olive oil
dried basil to taste
Instructions
Place chicken in a bowl, mash it up with a fork, added chopped celery, chopped cucumber, drizzled some olive oil and dill and basil. I lived on this for lunch while on list one.
