Hi Ladies, I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and had my first ultrasound......there is one ( yay! twins run in my family and I am terrified of that sleep deprivation;) and a healthy heart rate. My nausea has been less with this pregnancy than my previous ones;) but my bladder is beginning to flare a little more regularly ....specially on the evening. Dr M thinks it is due to pregnancy hormones and should subside around 20 weeks. For those of you who have had babies fairly recently, was that the case?

I've just been put on this, and have never been on it before. Is this a cleansing herb? Does it target candida? Anyone know?

Hi everyone. I'm looking for anyone who's used Gynatren to share their experience. I have horrible VV with infections of both bacterial and yeast, constantly. After having to take Bactrim for a staph infection everything has been much worse. Boaz wants me to try Gynatren for some symptom relief. I've used Goldenseal and yogurt and it does help but I am worried about the boric acid component of Gynatren. I've used a prescription for it in the past and it irritated my tissues. Also, for anyone who had/has recurrent BV and yeast infections, when does this stop?!

I need some thoughts and suggestions please.  When I started the diet it immediately made me feel better.  My main symptoms are urge and frequency and the diet made these go away completely.  My 2 weeks on the herbs I felt great.  I had more energy and my bladder was still feeling very happy.  Then he changed my herbs and my bladder got very mad.  My frequency came back and I just could never feel empty.  He changed me a few times and finally my bladder was feeling okay again.  The only issue I was having was not feeling complete.  Now a week later on this better protocol my frequency is ba

I read dr brizman's dissertation and am almost finished the book dr boaz recommended called "a web that has no weaver".  Does anyone else have any reading suggestions the
Brizman's have recommended or just something you have found useful to your treatment?  I have learned so much reading those 2 books that I would enjoy more. 

Just wanting to see if anyone feels like they just took cold medicine or allergy medicine when they take rhodiola. I had it for the first time this morning and I feel awful. Nervous, anxious.. Just yucky. Does this get better the longer your on it? My second dose is coming up and I'm dreading putting more of the herb in my body, don't want to intensify this! Help! I emailed Boaz but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I had a similar reaction last time in treatment with Siberian but much more severe.

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced this and if it eventually went away? For me, it's the very end of the urethra that is very swollen and sensitive to contact. Thanks. 

I felt like maybe I was turning a corner and now the horrible nighttime flares are back. I have been doing this for so so long and I just don't know how much longer I can keep trying when I feel like I just keep going backwards every time I have a good patch. Nothing changed in my diet or environment to precipitate this and now everythign feels so overwhelming. I am finally tring some new things inmy life (new old t hings that I used to do) and it just feels like it will  be impossible.

Does anyone experience moving or shifting inflammation? I think this is a body thing, but I'm experiencing it in my ear inflammation. I think? I've had inflammation at my eustachian tube for some time and today there is pain around my eardrum, but my eustachian tube is ok? I don't know what it means other than its a shift in the location of the pain and inflammation. I hope it's a good thing? At this point I have no idea. Just wondering if others have had an inflammation shift in any part of your body?
