Dont forget that your system is effected by everything that goes in it and so that also includes things you put on your skin, but, it also goes for things that you smell!
If you are lighting strong scented candles or even if you are not lighting them and they are just giving off a smell in your home it may be best to put them outside in your storage shed for a while. Also, plug in air fresheners or those little glas bottles with scent that you put the little sticks in--not a good idea. All of these things may influence you in a very negative way.

Yes thank you! I sometimes
Yes thank you! I sometimes notice these in public bathrooms and try to get out as quick as possible! I can tell right away it is not good. Sadly it has been hard for me to be at church because I am worried about the strong perfume many of the older parishoners wear. It really is so strong. I am not sure it bothers my bladder, but on bad days I don't want to find out!
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

The environmental hazards are endless! I tell you what, cute little old ladies and their hairspray and perfume don't leave their side even when visiting the hospital! Oh man, talk about dodging being shot in the face while they try looking at their cute selves in the mirror and manipulating a spray bottle with their arthritic hands! I knew there would be a pro to being forced to wear a mask at all times! We actually had a discussion at lunch today at work about air freshners, because the topic of discussion over lunch was the worst smells encountered on any given day while working in a hospital. Many of my coworkers thought installing air freshners in every room was a fantastic idea. I rebutled with, what about those sensitive to chemicals or have asthma? I brought up that when people spray any air freshner any where near me it sets off a coughing fit. So many don't realize how something that they seem as so benign can cause such harm to others! Was surprised to see you had just posted on this topic too! Thanks for the reminder!
