A Dinner Idea-Edited Version

I made a tastey dinner the other night I wanted to share:

I browned some grass fed organic ground beef in a pan briefly and then added some garlic powder and pink salt to taste
then I added some black bean and white beans-organic canned (rinsed them first)
I stirred until all of the beans were wartmed and mixed well with the beef then removed from the heat.

I then put this in the plate and on top of it put a handful of shredded (I shredded it in my food processor) organic red cabbage and chopped up tomatoes. On top of that i put a couple tablespoons of cultured creme, on top of that some shredded organic raw cheese. I did this with salsa, but you could do it with or without.

It was YUM YUM YUM!
And this only took about 20 minutes of prep time.

This looks awesome! What is cultured creme? Is it heavy cream?

is a yoghurt version of creme. You could use any kind of creme or yoghurt according to food list you are on.

Sounds yummy, thanks for posting!
Random food question: I had something with herbes do Provence in it today and I think it didn't agree with my bladder.  For list 3 and beyond people, can you be specific about which herbs and spices are safe?  This had tarragon, rosemary, thyme, savory (?).  I think I may be reacting to thyme and/or rosemary.  Or is it tarragon? Are these commonly problematic? I learned the hard way that oregano hurts and have avoided that well, but this was new for me and, seemingly, safe.  It might not have been this but everything else I ate was pretty standard.

are a little more tricky. they need to be added in slowly and carefully bc remember, spices are herbs-herbs are medicine. so they can cause alot of symptoms. herbs du provence have a lot of different herbs in there, including pepperminth, which is dreadful for the bladder until it is much more balanced later. oregano is an antifungal, and it pretty strong for some people.

I'm interested in this one having never heard of it before.. Is this the himalayan pink salt?  Is there a particular safe brand? And can it be used (with caution) by people on list 3 and 4??  Always questions :)

I think there is only one brand that I have seen here-it should be ok from list 3.

Beans, yumm, i miss them so much, such a winter comfort food :) I wanted to also share a similar dinner i made a few months ago, there is no recipe just taking the foods we can eat on list 2-3 and making mexican style feast :)
I followed receipes online to make spelt flour soft tacos. I didn't add baking powder to them. I made all the ingredients separately. Ground beef with garlic powder and salt, mashed avocados, shredded white cabbage, you can do plain or tomatoe basmati rice, some yogurt (instead of sour cream), and shredded provolone cheese. Then pick and create your tacos, it was so delicious to eat the mix of all the ingredients together, i probably had 4 or 5 of these. Enjoy.

Thank you for sharing:) I also did something similar with Tortilla LAnd fresh tortillas. They come UNCOOKED and you cook them as you use them. They are wheat flour-so only appropriate for after list 3. Very very tastey.
