I wanted to remind everyone about hair and skin care products. Most of them are not great for peopls who have IC, as their immune systems are reacting with severe inflammation to an enormous amount of substances even healthy ones. This is the reson I withhold even healthy foods for long periods and through a process guide people through a multi-stage diet that allows the body the time necessary to lower the inflammation and regain balance so that slowly and gradually that over reactivity will stop happening.

The same is try for skin and health care products. Many of the subatnaces in them are not healthy in the first place, but, among the ones that are even healthy/natural, many of these will flare you as well. I want to remind everyone about the bomasense prodcuts which i designed out of desperation for something safe to use. Please dont forget about them. They will hopefully be more widely available to make it less expensive to get them, I know shipping is always a problem. We are working on getting them more accessible. But mean time, dont forget they are there and if you can get them, I highly recommend them.

As a complete side note--a friend of mine, whi I did not even know was using my lotion for the past couple of years told me recently she felt many of her wrinkles went away when she was using my lotion and she loves it. It made me feel really happy. Obviously that isnt the motivation here, but, just an example that these things were not just designed to be gentle, they are effective in many ways.

I dont usually talk about my products because marketing products is not my profession, but, I realized in not discussing them, I may be doing a disservice. They are really really gentle and really nice!
