I get a lot of push back on red meat and why I suggest it. Too much saturated fat-bad ofr your heart-bad for cholesterol. I have gone into some detail on this in previous posts. But, this is a really nice article from Dr. Mercola which gives some nice concise inght on the matter. IT also includes some other foods which, I also recommend down the line of treatment. Can we use coconut oil on our skin? I've heard it is really nice and I think I would prefer it over jojoba oil.

I am curious about the coconut oil comment you made causing huge setbacks. I recently started a diet called Body Ecology and they use a lot of coconut oil because of its anit-fungal properties for people with yeast. I don't really like the taste so I use oiive oil most of the time but just curious as to why you say it causes set sat backs?
