The Rythym Of Getting Balanced

I was having a discussion with someone today and realized that perhpas I do not always communicate what the process really IS.

It is VERY different for many people of course, because we are individuals. So, it can be very time consuming for some, while for others may seem very free flowing. It is so frustrating, even for me that it is not always free flowing. However, as the saying goes, it is what it is. I do my best to try and work with the body and support it through its process and not push too hard so it can do what it needs to.

A snap shot into what a process may be is--quantitatively and qualitatively, the ups become greater and the downs become lesser. So, this may be something like--the number of hours in the day that are feeling better are more but certain time of the day are less good or are even bad. It could also be that longer portions of the entire day are better and evening is bad. It may be that mornings and evenings are bad and the middle of the day are bad. It may be mornings are better and afternoons are worse, and so on and so forth. The theme here is that the good is getting stretched out and the bad is slowly shrinking. The symptoms are shaved away and do not just disappear. And, at certain hormonal shifts during the month, they will worsen each month, but, that too month by month will lessen in severity and length.

I wanted to say this so that this may be kept in the backs of your minds as something to kind of go by. Hope it helps.
