As the years pass in my own life, its been an evolution of dropping off the bad stuff and adding on the good stuff and trying to become healthier for both me and my family.

There are so many things I have learned over the years and I am still, even now, striving to understand more and more. For the past few years I have contemplated the subject of cookware. People ask me this question all the time and I never know what to say. And, even with all the reading I have done, I am far from an expert on this subject. I have had, however, a really positive experience of late with it that I wanted to share.

A friend of mine just became the spokeperson for this company and told me about it and I let them give me a presentation regarding their cookware at my home. First, I should say, I am a pretty tough customer. I am very jaded and I just dont go for sales pitches. But the people who came to my home displayed a lot of information and examples of how this cookware is superior, and I have to say, I was sold.

It is based on Titanium cookware but, there is more than that. It is designed with these special lids that are like pressure cookers. This allows you to control the heat so you are never cooking aboue 200 degrees. So, everything is cooked on low heat. And, you dont use water or cooking oil except only a tiny bit of water when cooking grains.

I have to tell you the difference in the taste of food is pretty compelling. 

I am only a few days into this new system. I bought a set of these. It is a learning curve, because you have to learn a new way of cooking. But, it is really fun, and I feel really good about it.

They are very expensive, but, they do have a payment plan that is spread over several years to make it affordable for people.
