I set out to write 30 posts in 30 days but I fell off the side of the world about a week and a half ago when I stopped sleeping entirely. I don't want to say a whole lot more about it except that it was a vision from hell and threatened to completely destabilize me and that, at a certain oint, it became improtant to not be too pure at the expense of my health and get some sleep. That meant taking sleeping meds for a couple of nights and deciding it was better than the alternative.
Thanks to all who helped and there were many. It feels good to be back on the other side and now it is, parience, slowly witht he knees Bonnie, but slow progress is ok. Being stuck, the perception of being stuck was what slowly unhinged my sleep. THis condition is a real ass kicker. I am ahving to deal with it all: knees, presciprion drug use, bulimia and food ocd issues, sleep issues, negativity. WHo designed htis course?
Love to youu all. AND THANK YOU. there are some great non-pharmaceutical sleep resources out there. See Mimi re same. The researcher bar none. XXO.
