Rough day. Knees were absoluetly awful today. Dr. B said that the GML and ear might cause this. Choice between sinuses and knees. Struggled through the day acting normall at work. Alarm anxiety sirens going off in gut. Came home and hugged 15 year old son and husband, confessing my fears. Fell into a deep sleep for 1.5 hours.
