Hey blondy. Do you have a local vitamin store that will order it in for you? That's what I do even though im on the west coast, i still dont like them being mailed out to my rural area, ive had mine show up warm once too.  I found that the smaller chains or mom and pop shops are the easiest to order from. Just have to make sure they have a  refrigerated section! Just a thought :)

Have you tried your local Whole Foods? If they carry Natren products they can probably order it for you.

I only order directly from Natren at this point.  They are more expensive, but they package their product right for shipment and I can trust that it's been treated correctly from start to finish.  There have been times I've ordered through my local health food store and am not sure how the probiotics were packed in shipment or if they sat around for awhile before going in the fridge. 
 
FYI, I just ordered from Natren and they're having a 20% off sale today!
