Has anyone had an ear infection during treatment? I just got over a horrible cold/flu and now I’m dealing with sinus pain and an ear infection. I should be receiving Dr. B’s formula tomorrow but if I don’t I will only receive it next week. I’m so afraid that the pain will get worst and that I will need to see a Dr. and take antibiotics to treat the infection. It’s giving me so much anxiety. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Most ear infections resolve on their own. try not to worry too much. You will probaby get the herbs tomorrow. Cross the bridges only when you get to them! Hang in there!

Hi Deir, thanks for your response. I have a lot to learn on this journey and NOT worrying so much is on top of that list! I have aweful memories of painful ear infections when I was a child and having to take antibiotics for relief. I feel like a big baby.

A heating pad can also be your best friend! I too have horrid memories of terrible ear infections! I will keep my fingers crossed that the herbs arrive too morrow, but like Deir said, try not too worry about the worst case scenario! I will work on that as well!:) hope you are feeling better soon!
