Food Thoughts of You
It is so worth it. I keep telling myself that I never want to take a green bean for granted again. This morning my husband and I cooked breakfast and sat down to a banquet of riches: pamela's pancakes with added pumpkin; plain whole milk yogurt, pecans and blue berries on top, a beautiful green salad with yummy things like purple opinon and some avocado and grapefruit segments; real coffee with cream. I thought "I have to blog about this." Then I thought, "No, I don't want to make other people feel bad," Then I thought, "As I eat this food, I honor my sisters and all the work they are doing to heal and with each bite I fervently look forward to the time when they are healthy and can eat this beautiful food."
That is my hope for today.
Love to you all.
Bonnie
