Introducing new foods

I just started diet list 2 and I’m a little bit confused with the symptoms I get afterwards.  I seem to get weird gases after eating certain vegetables... I’m not flaring badly like the classic dull pain from a big bad reaction, is more like painful gases in the belly and over the bladder area... Looks like I have gases in the bladder!..?... I’m not sure if this happens because I’ve been on diet 1 for 3 months and now my bladder-gut just needs to get used to.... or maybe this means that I should stop because I’m not ready yet.

 

Should I keep trying and increase the portions gradually till the bladder-gut gets used to it? Or should I stop for a while?

 

Please help! :) Hope you are all healing well
