Just need to share with you a hot tip for a List 1 meal!
List 1 taco meal, I call it...:)
We do homemade tortillias (spelt, oil and water)
We then prepare either red meat or chicken with salt and garlicpowder.
We have lettuce, cucumber, zucchini.
I steam broccoli and cauliflower and then mix it together with butter.
I also fry an egg or two, as scrambled egg.
Then, we eat it like you normally eat tacos at home, with all the ingredients.
Perhaps I am not the first one to share this idea...but anyway. I ate 5 of these tonight....and let me tell you. I am a tiny person...AND list 1 is not very sexy...so that must mean that it is good!

This is a fantastic idea and OMG you've got me soooo hungry, it's 10 am and I am at work mouth watering thinking abouit it :). I tried a similar recipe on list 2-3 and was able to add tomatoes (i sauteed them), yogurt (instead of sour cream), mashed avocados. This would be the list 2 version of your recipe i guess :) It's very creative of you to think of this with the list 1 ingredients. Do you by any chance have the ingredients to prepare the tortillas? I've made them only once, and don't remember how much eggs, flour and water to mix and how many tortillas that makes :) Thank you, I can't wait to go home and try it again. Yumm

I found the tortillia recepie here on the forum once!
But now can't seem to find it now...
But last time I did it I just mixed the ingredients until I found the right mix.
1 cup of spelt flour
2 table spoons olive oil
And then add in water so that you get a nice dough
Also add in some salt, that makes them even more nice!
That is it!
