Hi all:

I am going on nearly 6 months witht hsi really obnoxious knee arthritis. Quite limiting and it is not apparently getting better. Am am wondering if maybe Vitamin D could be causing my arthritis-like symptoms. ANy feedback would be most appreciated.

Love to all.

Bonnie,

I've had different reactions to Vitamin D at different times.  Sometimes it causes increased bladder pain, then when my body gets used to it, it's  fine.  It definitely helps me have a better mood, more energy, better sleep.  I don't think it has ever caused increased inflammation for me though (other than maybe bladder temporarily - or that could have been die off).

I started Vit D3 a week ago and started to get really bad buring in my bladder afer 6 days of this I contacted Dr M and she just stopped it yesterday, I am hoping the burning stops soon. I guess my body was just not ready for it yet, hopefully later I will be. It looks like Vit amins can affect us all in different ways
