Hello everyone...my name is Melanie and I live in the Bahamas and have been a patients of Matia's for 18 months now, and am doing fairly well. My son and I are planning a trip to London in early March of 2011. I know Matia has some patients in the UK, and I was wondering if someone could help me with what brand of spring water to get once I arrive in London. Thank you!

Hi Melanie, I drink Evian - widely available all over the UK. Others include Buxton, Harrogate and Highland Spring. Some supermarkets stock their own brand which tends to be cheaper. I hope u have a great trip!

I live in the UK.. i don't do too well on Evian but found Buxton ( which is a natural mineral water) and Cristalle ( natural spring water) worked .... Buxton you can get in most supermarkets but Cristalle mainly in Waitrose .
