Gentle Water in North Carolina?

Ahh.  I'm in North Carolina at my grandfather's 90th b'day and totally unsure of which water is ok to drink.  I'm already feeling not so fabulous and I don't want to exacerbate the situation.  Is Deer Park ok?

I live in SC but spend time in NC quite a bit-look for Crystal Springs spring water that is the one I drink- Poland Spring or Deer Park are all waters that I have drank when I was traveling and it turned out fine.

Deer Park is ok, it is made by Nestle.  I have found that Nestle makes a lot of different brands of spring water depending on where you live.  I live in the Bahamas and drink Zephryhills and Deer Park (both by Nestle).  They also make the Arrowhead Water that Matia recommends out West.
