What type of mozarella cheese do people eat? I dont know what it means when Matia lists "not the kind packed in water"

I believe it means the kind you have to shred yourself. I know the kind in the bag cut up is packed in water to keep it fresh.

She means the fresh mozzarella balls, they are soft and packed in a container with water. I think it's sometimes called buffalo mozzarella. Carol
