I was pondering today about food again. I don't give two hoots about eating anymore and am sick I am of checking everything. I hate cooking but what would inspire me was if ICAMA put together a proper IC cookery book. Ok so i'm a fussy cow...I don't like trawling through the net for recipes it would be nice if they were all in one book then my other half could follow them. Sorry just moaning to myself. Again lol!

I am a member of COB and they have a really useful diet sheet that shows problem foods in the red, possibly ok foods in amber and go ahead ones in green. So much easier looking at things like that. Urrrggghhhh yet another evening of steamed chicken and sprouts to look forward too...oh boy yum yum >:op

why don't you print out all the ones on the site you can have. put them in a binder that's the  best I can say. I have been wanting to publish a cookbook myself but I am working on the gluten free part issue and that seems to be huge not only with ic. I would like this book to reach people that don't only have IC and I don't don't see me fininshing it for a while.
