Hello,

So I'm officially stopping the birth control pills today and I'm a bit nervous due to the fact that I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis.  Any ladies that can share their experience on what to possibly expect?  I was put on BC due to heavy periods/passing blood clots where I nearly passed out due to heavy bleeding for 8 hours.  It will be 4 years next week that I've been on it and I am looking forward to getting off off of them but not sure what to expect.  Being that I work FT, I cant afford to call in sick... hence the apprehension.  I see Matia Oct 7 for my first consult.  Can she help control heavy periods from the get go?  I know everyone is different, figured I would ask.  Thank you.
