Anyone suffer from cold body temperature?

I've always had issues with a cold body temperature my entire life.  Meaning, I'm ALWAYS cold, be it winter or summer.  My feet being the worst area where I'm cold.  I've had to wear boots with thick tube socks throughout the summer (still cold) and in the winter, to keep warm, the only way I can stay warm at night is using a hot water bottle on my feet.  My cold permeates to the bone & through my legs and thighs, literally. Dr. B is aware but I wonder if anyone else has this issue?  Has anyone else had this issue?  Dr. B reassured me she can improve this, with time of course.  If you suffer from this, please reply with your feedback.

The other extreme issue I have are migraines.  I am fortuunate to live in SD where the weather is typically in the 70's.  But, when it reaches high 70's and into the 80's... I run inside and stay inside.  Even if I'm outside in the low 70's for just an hour, I get a migraine.  Anyone else have it that bad?

Since starting treatment, I have stopped using Excedrin Migraine which was the only med that worked for me.  I have been 'toughing it out' and  I have had at least 4 migraines n two months, on the weekends when I'm away from work and running errands and/or in minimal sun.  I dont understand why I get them other than I have dark, thick hair and the sun just penetrates it so severly that it causes migraines.  I'm wondering it it hads any relation to IC?  Anyone know?  I guess I will need to ask Dr. B on my next call with her but was wondering if anyone else has this.   If you do, please provide your input.

Thank you :)
