Forums:
Hi all,
I have a question to those who are in treatment and live in Europe (except UK, I know for sure that it is possible to buy Natren there). I am really worried about how can I get Natren probiotics in Czech Rep. This brand is not available here, and as far as I know, it must come cooled. So, I am wondering how to manage this regarding shipping, lenght of delivery (and the cost of course). How did you non-US/UK ladies manage that? Is it possible to buy it in your country, or do you use international shipping? How?
This is really important to me, because if this can not be solved, I am not sure if I sould start the treatment as this brand of probiotics are an essential part of Matia´s protocol. Or, is there any other option (brand)?
Many thanks!!
natren
Hi,
Look at this site Aya:
Netherland:
http://www.allesvanvitals.nl/klantenservice
They can speak English as well but the website is holland.... :-(
Natren probiotics cost a fortune ( less than in UK ) but in this case there is no duty :-)
Oh,thanks!!!
Can I ask how much the shipping costs? And does it arrive cooled? I don´t know which service they use within the country of delivery, and I am afraid that if it would be Czech Post, my probiotics would be bunch of poor dead things :)
natren
Hi Aya,
I purchased 1 bottle superdophilus and 1 bottle Bifidonaat last month.
33.95 Eur + 33.95 EUR
Add: 17 EUR and 3,4 EUR ice pals and packaging.... and 4,61 EUR VAT I suppose ...... and I had to transfer money..... 4000 Huf... :-(
That is why I said it cost a fortune... :-(
I do not remember the deliverer .... My Mum pensioner and I work, so she got the package, and I have never met the postal service. I assume not local deliverer service. First time the package arrived in room temperature, and I made a remark to the Holland natren company. Next time they put more and more ice pals and the probiotics arrived in cool.
Yes, that costs a fortune. Ugh,
But many, many thanks to you!! This is pretty valuable information. I would not figure out myself...
Hope you are getting better, though. Thinking about you a lot.
thank you
Sure,
Thank you for your kind words. To tell you the truth I feel terrible... I have not got good days just bad... My bladder is in deep pain. And I do not know what to do. I am in treatment since this September. I am on LIST 1.
I do not feel any kind of relief.... :-(
...
So sad to hear that... I really hope this is just a matter of time. The diet itself did not work so much for me so far, but what seems to help is beef broth. It would be best done with bones I suppose, but it is difficult to get them for me, so I just buy the meat and boil and boil.:) I used to be a vegetarian, now I am mad cow eater, well life is crazy.
Maybe you have tried that already, just wanted to share. And I really hope you will feel better soon. As far as my knowledge of this forum goes, most of people say that they get some relief after 4-6 months. The waiting sucks, though.
meat
Hi Aya,
That is very very interesting. You are a vegetarian, and I am a "meat lover" . I have tried to be vegetarian but it did not work for me. Many people and terapeuta adviced me I should be a vegetarian because of acidosis and they told me that the meat is unhealthy and so on. I believed this and stopped eating meat... And one day I realized I am very very thin, like a skeleton. So I looked terrible, and my strength went away.
I suggest you to try eat first step fish (for example pangasius because it is cheap) and eggs. I also love soups and beef and turkey and pork.... but unfortunately pork is not on the LIST 1.
Aya and Budapest, don't you
Aya and Budapest, don't you have farmer's markets in your countries? They would sell pretty good quality meat, and you can make arrangements for the bones for stock and it would not cost much.
Farmer´s markets are great
I like farmer´s markets, there are some here too from time to time, but mostly selling vegetables/fruit. If they have meat, it´s fish or chicken. There are some bigger markets in Prague, as the capital is always ahead in what´s fashionable :) (and this is the kind of fashion I really do support). And - most importantly - no farmer´s markets during the winter... Anywhere. So, it´s not my season.:)
But I am not really worried about this, I will figure out how to get quality meat/bones as time goes and I get some more time. For now, I am adjusting to this all-new situation. It is not such a big deal to get the meat, but Gee - add the neverending cooking, cutting stuff, washing incresible amount of dishes, planning the food - that is bloody exhausting!!! I don´t really mind eating that way, but it is demanding (with chronical fatique and the neverending depression). No complaints, though.
Also, as it is winter, it is truly impossible to get organic vegetables (except potatoes). I just hope I do not eat something horrible with the supermaket stuff. So far, all the meat I have eaten is organic. If I have to do this, I want to do it right (not only for me).
