Any idea what causes it. Tonight, I ate something and lied down. Then I started to feel it. About an hour or two later, my body released some of the gas and indigestion that I seem to have a lot of lately, and the swelling feeling seemed to have disappeared temporarily. So it seemed digestion related, but I'm not sure.
