I had LOADS of positive e-mails from people before I went out (from the UK). I will post them up as and when I get permission:

"What a wonderful xmas present for yourself you wont regret it. I went out just over a year ago & cant believe its gone so fast. I was in a terrible state, could hardly leave the house, it was very difficult journey... But now my life couldnt be more different.. I am 90% better and live a very busy full life, sleep well & have hardly any symptoms left..im in list 3-4  I can slip up & flare a little sometimes but its totally managable & doesnt interfere with my life. Matia has been a life saver for me, it hasnt been a straight line getting there, lots of ups & downs but the difference now is incredible"..
