hi adriane, silly me.  since i found out systematic yeast is causing all this madness, i was reading and reading online and found taking coconut oil daily is great in fixing this issue so i asked dr. b.  she told me it's good, but may be too strong on the bladder....so i took the initiative and decided if i can't take it, why not put it on.  so, i've used coconut oil. omg, it smells so so good.  i thought whenever i have sweet cravings i will just apply the coconut oil.  well, she told me switch it to jojoba oil and stop using wen cleansing conditioner, too. so, what i did was i went to wholefoods and bought organic jojoba oil(only $2 difference) about $16 and bought the theraneem shampoo and conditioner too....don't know if it's the timing or switching the products or maybe perhaps both, my pain has gone down, not at a level i would want it to be, but went down just a bit.
