Dear all UK patients,

 

Which Goldenseal brand do you use and where from? Thanks for the info..

Most of us order ours from i-herbs, they are very reasonable and if you choose the DHL option the goods come through within one or two days. 
We tend to use the Eclectic Institute Goldenseal and the root not the leaves.  They sell bottles of 50 and 90.  If you keep your order under £18 worth of goods (approx $27) you will not have to pay customs and VAT.  If you use the ordinary international mail the orders take between 10 days and 2 weeks.

Just warn UK patients that HMRC changed the limit for imports to £15 in November.  We are still OK for ordering our Goldenseal and Siberian from iherb as long as we order just one bottle at a time.
