Knee thoughts. I am so inflamed. I can barely do anything. I need my brain back, I am wondering if this was all occasioned by taking the orthotic out of my shoes?

Hmmm, possibly. But methinks it was the sinus herbs. Now you have stopped and your body needs to catch up. 

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
