Hi ladies,
so my period keeps moving up in start date. Had my call with Dr B a few days ago and she mentioned it could be the emotional stress I've had. But today, day 2 of period, I'm bleeding clots so heavily, back to where my problems originated. Could this be due to the emotional stress? I didnt ask her since it had been SO long and I thought those days were long gone. Anybody else have super heavy periods with passing heavy blood clots consistently? I hope this passes soon. Wondering why my body is passing heavy clots.

Could it be the stress, or that you are going through a round of cleansing? I know that Dr. B says that periods are a form of cleansing. Worth asking tho.
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
I have always had one or two
I have always had one or two days of heavy bleeding and clots. This has been slowly improving over these two years with Dr. B. I would just let her know and ask her about it.

This has happened to me and she told me it was because there was a lot of inflamation and that i was dehydrated!!!!!
Relax and drink more water!!

I've always had heavy clots
I've always had heavy clots with my period. They last for a few days than like on day 3rd, i am almost done with it. I also have very painful periods and before IC, have been taking pain killers even a day before my period started. Pain levels have become more managable last few months and I feel less clots compared to before. If you've never had them before, i can imagine it's kind of freaky. I wouldn't worry about it. I am not sure how it's stress related? They usually link them to some kind of fibrosis type issue. I had mine checked and i was ok. Matia asks if i am more clear every appt now, she says it'd improve with time too. I look forward to it, cause my pains are excruciating.
