Hi fellows

I am posting this for all the newbees and others who are already in the treatment.

when i started my journey 6 months back in the treatment, I was taking 2 other pills with ELMIRON 3 times a day to ease my pain and burning . I had a big fear to stop these pills and i even posted on the forum here about my anxiety for this and u guys were great help with ur comments,  due to your and Dr BOAZ's encouragement and also GOD's grace i was able to stop taking them.

In the first week i reduced them to 2 times and in second week i was taking only the elmiron 2 times and in 3rd and 4th weeks i reduced them to 1 a day and then started skipping a day and then 2 and then quit ......I know its different for individuals but its possible, BUT STICK TO THE DIET STRICTLY and also get help from ur Drs by emailing them, in my case they were responding as soon as possible ...thanx to them.

Right now after 6 months, I am feeling much better from where i started my bladder is calm and touch wood sometime i dont even feel my bladder ...my frequency is every 3 hours and I even feel that the inflammation in my body is going down ,This week i got a nod from Dr. Boaz to slowly start list 2 foods .

I still have several issues going on, 1 is my digestion , i cant digest raw veggies so i have to steam them,my BM's are kind of slow but not anymore constipated or watery, my mouth and tongue are dry and scrapy in the night,my eyes get red when i am near to some chemicals specially clothing stores, as soon as i enter a clothing store my eyes get irritated and they get red ,my scalp is kind of rough and sometimes itchy, Dr says I still have too much of inflammation that have to come down.

I know i still have long run to go and there will be  many bumps coming ahead ...but hope we all get well soon
