there are a few foods on list 1 that i have not tried yet. i am wanting to give them a try but nervous about causing a flare. do you guys have any strategies for trying new foods? i know i should do 1 thing at a time but i was curious if a small bite works better than an entire serving? also is there a time of day that works better for trying something different?

I try things in the first 10 days of my cycle when things are calmer for me. (Although lately that is more often!). yes, just try small portions, several times to see how you go.

I tend to try something and if no reaction in a few days then I am good to try something else. I really don't have much difficulty adding foods, just the occasional thing ittitates me
