I will be traveling to Mexico City in May. Has anyone here ever been there while in treatment? I am on List 5, but want to stick to the diet as closely as possible. Where are safe places (in terms of the ICAMA diet) to eat? Good brands of bottled water to buy? How about what I can actually get through customs in terms of food from home? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

I've never been to Mexico city either. How long are you going to be there for? I'd try to pack water, rice cakes, cucumbers or other raw veggies, maybe even hardbroiled eggs if possible. I wish you all the best, i'll be travelling overseas next fall, and already i am anxious about my choices there. Good luck! :)
