So Tinkerbell told me about a post where researchnerd listed a few links to videos including the sugar:the bitter truth video which I've already watched from Matias post. I'm looking for some other good ones! And I can't find that post anywhere. Thanks for the help :)

You mean the vid Matia just posted?  That wasnt the full length "Sugar: the bitter truth"--that was sort of a "best of" sugar research.
The full Lustig is:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM
This is Taubes (more along the same lines): http://www.econtalk.org/archives/2011/11/taubes_on_fat_s.html; http://w...
There's also Chris Kressher and Chris Masterjohn (podcasts, just google them)--but these guys are DEFINITELY fringy and Kresher's understanding of epidemiology is LOW.  Masterjohn is a PhD in nutrition from the number 12 department and has good epi skills, although again, people do not agree with him.  Please note: Denise Minger is NOT a good source.  She seems to come up a lot.
Recently there was this on radiolab--about probiotics!!  Very exciting.  http://www.radiolab.org/2012/apr/02/
Dr. Terry Wahl: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLjgBLwH3Wc
I happen to love Nutrition By Natalie on youtube as well.  Although she's into some weird stuff--like gross protein powder.
Also with all of it, don't try and do these things.  I know a lot of these people have thoughts on disease etc. but don't apply them to yourself, always check with Matia etc. etc.

: ) Let me know if this is what you're looking for.  I'll keep posting when I see stuff that looks good/relevant. As far as videos about why sugar is bad--Lustig is the main messenger.  Its not popular to study it; although I'm assuming after some of this press, its popularity will increase (hopefully).

Thank you so very much! Can't wait to check them out. I'm still trying to train my brain that sugar and processed foods are bad, I know they are but I'm still being tempted. Pregnancy cravings definitely don't help. Matia actually gave me the go ahead to start taking natren mega d?? and carlsons vitamin d3 together twice a day. I'm communicating through email as the official treatment won't start until after the baby so all I know is she thinks it might help the pain and sugar cravings. I wish I knew why, I love to know details but emails are hard! She's a busy lady :) Thanks again
